Where each legendary and mythical Pokémon lives, what gates it, and the level the ROM's encounter script uses. Sorted by when you can first reach it.
Reading the table
ROM means the encounter (species and level) was found in the game's map scripts for v5.7 bugfix 2. community means the trigger or route comes from player guides for v5.5–5.6 and has not been re-verified in v5.7. Ultra Beasts need Beast Balls (NPC right of Steven's villa). Bring plenty of Max Repels into Ultra caves. Some legendaries cannot be used in gym or league battles in the harder modes.
